Read the arrangment. It clearly states that the 6-12% royalty is paid to Newco, not Newco shareholders. That is what I mean by no obligation. As for fouremm's comment about the remaining 88-94% of royalty coming to RVX shareholdes, I think this is "fuzzy math." Assuming that BP buys RVX, we will no longer hold RVX shares. They will have been purchased from us. Therefore whatever BP buys RVX will get the 88-94% of remaining royalties.
