What on Earth are you talking about?  You most certainly have not 'walked the walk'.  That's what I'm asking you to do.  Name me one precedent where the judge threw out overstaking following nonpayment of annual fees.

This is why the odds are 90:10, not 50/50.  Of course the most likely case is some sort of 'out of court' settlement, which could include the takeover of Rye Patch by couer.  

I can understand why you're bitter at Bill and Rye Patch.  I would be too if I were in your shoes.  We've all been there, but there's no sense in crying about it and being bitter and hateful.  Life is too short.
