quoting from the NR:

" KOV's shares on Aprile 24 2013 approx $0.41c Canadian based on the Canada spot price.

so if I am reading this correctly it is KOV doing the roll-back of 1 for 10 making the price $4.10 coming out of the gate for Serinus. correct?
