You can read nearly anything into it, but delays in submissions for something as big as a lead plaintiff change, which in this case changes the lead plaintiff attorneys which is something the affected attorneys would not want even if it means a better chance with the case....LOL
I don't know.....It looks to me and would make total sense that since the SEC case in in limbo waiting until September for some unknow action to occur from the SEC, the CA would not be inclined to rush things along at this point.
So for me, September or sometime after, should mean some sort of activity either before or after that date. I don't see any signs of negotiations. But that does not mean that there is not any, however we have made that mistake before and I am not going to do it twice.
I would say that if something happens before september it is more likely to be a negotiated settlement than not....If after it is more likely to be a revokation then not.
If revokation occurs then there is no need to wait for a settlement because it is highly unlikely to occur.IMO
