I see it staying around $4 for the next 3-4 months. The last quarter was disappointing.  There might be some good upward movement if the next quarterly report is better than expected... especially if it's forecast that NG/Propane/Butane prices will be higher because a cold winter is expected or some other reason.

PLT is good if you just want to hold it for the dividend. 

In the long term, the economy will pick up, commodity prices will rise again and PLT is likely to reach higher share prices.

When that will happen is anyone's guess. 

Consider as well that at the current share price, insiders have been buying.
