RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: So where is this thing going ? EH1 first of all thanks for the reply. That "someone" will be TGZ as they are the ones that will undoubtedly benefit the most from OLE's project. No other company even comes close to being the suitor here unless they buy both TGZ and OLE. The fact is that TGZ has the mill but there is also the necessity for TGZ to secure their mine life and halt the dive in their stock. I have said from day one that OLE and TGZ will be one as it makes no sense even in the best of times for OLE to have built a mill when there has been one there for 4 years now. I believe Chet understands and wants a deal with TGZ so that they can grow together in the future. Why wouldn't TGZ take advantage of OLE's decimated price and pay at least partly cash instead of with their 52 week low stock. It would be much less dilutive and they would easily be able to finance a purchase even at much higher levels. I rather have their stock as I am sure OLE would but considering where both stocks are trading a cash deal makes more economic sense for TGZ especially with todays low rates.
