Today's press release was nothing to worry about. There are 500-600 companies on the Venture that are going to sleep in zombie land never to awake. Obviously no jr mines have income as they are at the stage where they are trying to get a project to fruition. Mining is a tough business and 90% of jr mines simply don't make it. Booker is in fantastic shape, cashed up to the tune of $1.93M. Many of the companies on the TSX.V have $200,000 or less, hence why they are dead. Management has done an excellent job by not diluting away shareholders positions, so thank John and Eric the next you talk to them. This was proven by the recent private placement that was non-brokered. As for the damages and the court case...In my opinion, if Lake & Coleman try to fight us in court I think Hunter will go for blood and hopefully for Sturko, Lake's and Colemans jugular. If however they negotiate and come to an agreement prior to the court date I think management as well as Hunter would just be happy with the EAC. Take comfort in the 16-page petition, its all there.
