I believe you are wrong. Tigris72 appears to have the correct formula. They said at the time of the sale the offer was worth aprox $ 3.11 per share. I think you are multiplying by 10 shares instead of 7.55. I don't know the current conversion of Polish money to Canadian but KOV is down slightly since the sale.
