The CEO of Teuton and Silver Grail is Dino Cremonese and the Director of both companies is Robert G. Smiley.

It is quite correct that Silver Grail has not done much lately (the last three news releases were in September and October 2011 - none of which seem to have a functioning link which is interesting) however, I am guessing that there are still operational expenses associated with running a company such as salaries for management and staff, rent, lights, utilities etc.
