RE: RE: The vote Popeye, it is very relevent for existing lfd shareholders. I don't know how many shares you own. May be 1 million or may be just 10,000 shares. For the rest of lfd shareholders it is a rip off. The deal is good for Urethecast but bad for existing lfd shareholders. Again I said if you believe the new company can be sucessful as Yahoo or Microsoft might be it is a good deal. Time will tell.
