RE: coquitlam let's put it this way....for now we have very good foundation and SBM states that science is superior to many current on the market products, but what we don't have yet is the first floor in the way of first commercial contract..... and at that point we can value potential price for the multi level house....when first license contract is signed we can better estimate real value and market is going to price it and price all other potential agreements since Niel is stating that they are in negotiation's with multiple large companies, until than $10 to $15 mil. market cap is just speculation
