JTO...

JTO...

If everything was working the way JTO (as CEO for the past year or more) had communicated it would to shareholders many times (and as SGN seems to have successfully executed not far away)... i.e. the plan he communicated, managed, and was responsible for executing (along with our great partner Waterton... "a strong supporter of Gryphon Gold and an integral part of the advancement of the Borealis property")... WHY did he resign?

JTO Jan 31... "This transaction provides the company with a strengthened capital structure and, importantly, adds Waterton as a joint-venture partner, bringing a wealth of technical expertise and successful gold mining experience.  With their (Waterton) partnership, we expect to significantly increase mining efforts and current production activities, including adding additional crushing capabilities and hauling equipment."

When do shareholders start to see some of these benefits reflected in share price?  That was/is supposed to be the idea here is it not?
