It took Villar four years (1997-2001) to file a restraining order on an Agreement he personally signed. That restraining order is still not lifted, thus no mining of gold/silver/copper can happen on the property. The Chilean Courts are very open concerning any agreements where “consideration” was paid………..like the $3.4 Million so far paid by MSX since February 5, 2010. This is why it was important for MSX to have Brent Johnson go to Chile and file a criminal complaint against the former Chilean leaders.
This is just like New York attorney William Pepper filing a criminal complaint here in Utah with US Attorney for Utah David Barlow on January 7, 2013, using several sworn affidavits I signed in November and December, 2012. The fake and bogus PASCUA concessions, namely TESOROS filed by Barrick at SEC + OSC are held by Jorge Lopehandia at Law. Whomever are saying the contrary, are impostors and crooks.
