Executive Summary
• Bora Bora Resources Limited (ASX: BBR) - graphite exploration Company focused on the 75% owned Graphite Projects in Sri Lanka.
• Sri Lanka is a historic producer of high grade graphite
• During certain periods of the 1900’s it was the largest producer in the world
• Two major mines in Sri Lanka
– Kahatagaha Kolongaha Graphite Mine (KKGM) -100% Government owned
– Bogala Mine – German owned and produces mainly for own consumption
• The Matale project consists of 32km2 of tenements surrounding the historic KKGM, which has operated since 1872 and produced more than 300,000 tonnes of high- grade graphite. We also have additional areas of interest surrounding KKGM under application.
• Raw extraction grades >98% achievable without processing
• Two old mines have been recently re-commissioned in Sri Lanka – Sakura &
Queens mines
• BBR has secured exploration licenses adjacent to or surrounding the KKGM and the two re-commissioned mines.
• BBR has 41km2 of granted exploration licenses
• BBR has 281km2 of exploration licenses pending
• The planned exploration program includes

• Plumbago Lanka signed an agreement with the Sri Lankan Board of Investment on 24 October 2012 granting a tax exemption period of 12 years. This concession is subject to a minimum spend over the next four years of US$20 million.
• Plumbago Mining has assembled an experienced team of “on the ground” Sri Lankan’s including a local graphite miner with 10 years experience at KKGM and a 34 year veteran of the graphite industry who has worked at the Bogala, KKGM and Ragedara mines and consults to the Sri Lankan mining authority (GSMB).
• The USA and the European Union have declared graphite a strategic mineral due to its growing importance in technology and green energy.
