With the same management group in place, I think it is going to be very difficult for this team to be creative enough to get the job done. The same individuals have had many years at AHC and we have all witnessed what direction the company has gone under their leadership.

In my opinion, I believe Todd, Charles and Christine have driven this company into the ground.  The company has basically been left in a “care and maintenance” state, if you can call it that. At this time, one competent person should be able to run this company, and I don’t think we have that person on the payroll as we speak. It is time to get rid of those that are just dead weight and get someone in that will save this company, if that is even a possibility at this point.

It is time to drop the Vancouver Office and all unnecessary expenses.  It is time to let Christine go. It is time Charles and Todd get off their butts and get the job done; either that, or they should replace themselves with someone much more experienced that has the ability to save whatever is left of this company and its properties.

Frustrated:  how can you tell?  I don’t need anymore tax losses!
