To my knowledge they have not issued a statement. I found out when I received my voting package. A bit of a shock at the time. I considered selling and posted the same but I had second thoughts. With or without the reverse the play is sound in my opinion.

If you go back a ways on the forum you will find a discussion we had regarding this issue. Some are for and some are against.
