Stock bottemed out in July

Hey guys, I'm new to investing in juinor oil and gas companies. Mart has been on my radar for a while and currently hold a small position. I have one questions that's really bugging me. Almost every junior O&G chart I look at (including mart) the stock bottomed out in July and has blown up since. I'm thinking there must be some obvious macro reason for this, I just don't know what it is. So what's the deal?
