The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

I don't think a PPA is going to be announced  next week, but then what do I know?  We should creep up from here with small retracements.. probably a stair step kind of action (back and fill) until the PPA hits the newswires.  Been in this one for almost 3 years now..!
