All the juniors have suffered from this correction in gold prices including NGLD, RR and BYV. The share price i

was high at 1800.00 and now low at 1350.00/ The tide will turn on the expected turn for gold prices.

The bottom of the market is the best time for a New Gold to make an offer. The smart thing for RR and BYV shareholders to do is to accept an offer of share swap at a price that reflects the average ratio of their respective share prices over the last year or so... that way we'll keep our upside in the NGD shares.

NGD won't offer for BYV until the RR deal is done... they need to be sure they own the main project, before picking up BYV.
