I put in a small sell order in at 9.15 am. thru broker as a test case. It took several minutes to confirm as supervisor approval was needed. Also make sure you ask for online commission rate because manual orders cost more. Share transfer to accounts could take several more days. With most people only having traded on line all their lives I suggest you utilize these brokers to protect your positions. Wild price swings and manipulation is very possible with a security in this position of limbo.
