It is in the best interest of all Bayfield investors that a possible offer from NGD is delayed or at least takes some time to materialize. This way, the BYV sp has a chance to start moving upward again and remain north of 20 cents. Any premium that's offered which I believe won't be anymore than 40%, should hopefully get us back to the 40 cent mark. This means that the sp has to be at least 28 cents before any offer materializes which I believe is possible. From NGD's prospective, the sooner they put an offer for BYV the better, otherwise they will have to cough up more the longer they wait.
