Market seems to like the news

Market seems to like the news

Although volume is low, market uptick a good sign.  If buyers ever really got off the sidelines, this stock could really take off.  However, all in time, I suppose.  Just wonder who would be selling at these levels, given the news and potential for more news.  Seems like a strange strategy to be selling now ...  but I guess it takes all to make a market.  Good luck to all !
