I am not aware of anything promising coming out of another extension.

 

According to the latest Financials for the Yemen prospect:

Prior to the year ended January 31, 2013, Cheetah entered into a eleventh amendment of the agreement dated October 31, 2012.

I see these amendments as a ploy between Emperor and Azure to play for time as the holders of those 114 million cheap shares offload them anonymously on to the unsuspecting public.
