Curly, some questions for my info:  Wouldn't a company with a SP of 4 cents be delisted if inactive for too long? Or is dormancy a sort of permissible time-out? How would you arrive at 2 years for a re-entry time? (My financial guy says EU, US and other economies are in the mud for a long time) What is the risk of some other company coming up with some twist on BXI's recipe, and eating our lunch?

Anything that slows down cash burn/admin costs would be welcome. Why are they holding this at the Royal York? If 25-35 people are expected, a cheaper venue would do just fine. At my house, if I don't generate income we tighten our belts. One thing we don't do is blow $$ when it's scarce.

PS: My financial guy doesn't know I put $$$ into this. He'd divorce me. So would my wife. lol
