The vote I received the voting doccuments to vote for the merger company, just as outlined a few weeks ago. My opinion is. If you think the newly form company worths $ 1.9 / share perhaps it is ok. To me our part ( lfd ) is only worths less than a quarter of the total value of the new company. My holding is diluted after the reverse split, so is all existing lfd shareholders. An unfair deal for lfd shareholders. However if you think Urearthcast can fly in a year like Yahoo, may be it is a good deal. For me it is a no. I need your comment.
