For those who missed it, there is a today's   bullish   article   about  the  parent  company,  Africa Oil    under   AOIFF    ticker   at   Yahoo/finance.  The   link  is  below.

As of the latest news  Horn continues to investigate potential joint venture partnerships and also is reviewing new venture opportunities in the region. I believe Horn needs to bring  a  MARATHON-size  company  like  AOIFF  did. A  small  company  without  sufficient  funds  and/or   access   to  a   rich  credit   line  will not  help.
