If    SGL's  CEO  was  the  CEO  of   PACE,   SGL  would  be    below   $2   now ....The  former   CEO  of  PACE   failed to   run  PCE   effectively.   His  choice  was  a  big  mistake  for   PCE   shareholders.

 

Buchanan   looks  to  be   way  more  effective....
