Action speaks louder than words.What is missing at the top is a CEO with a vision and able to articulate a clearly defined strategy ........Being pro active rather than reactive...T.he decreae in EBITDA and Gross Margin.took management by surprise and they wasted a lot of valuable time in looking for excuses rather than finding solutions

ATB could double and triple with the right leader ..The..sky is the limit in this multi billion market yet management is happy with single digit growth.......
