EV recap for new investors

EV recap for new investors

Their assets are the 3rd largest deposit in the world.  Product is sold out globally 3 years in advance.  Conservatively there is 7 million tons in the ground at $600 per ton and the value is approx. $4.2 billion.  Conservatively 10% (in ground) value is = $420m /208 million shares = $2/share.  They are about to apply for a mining license and all indications is the Serbian Govt wants to bring jobs lost from coal migrated over so there is good political support to fast track approvals.  Market cap at .075 is only $15m.  It would be reasonable at this point in time to have a market cap of $50m given the above.  $50m/208m shares = .024 per share or 320% potential upside now.  Historically the company had a market cap of $88m when they only owned half the property.  So now they sit owning twice as much yet have one sixth the market cap.  I do not see much downside on this one.
