The Company operates several subsidiaries, including Anelia and Bio-Bar in France, Voltalia Guyane, SIG Kourou, SIG Mana and SIG Cacao in French Guyana, Voltalia Energia do Brasil in Brazil, Thegero in Greece and Alterrya Maroc in Morocco, among others. The Company is owned by Voltalia Investissement SA.

RR management and BOD should be shot for entering into this deal. There was no pressure and they had lots of cash. RR shareholders got hung out big time. This one is a huge head scratcher on timing and valuation. Great deal for Newgold though. If I were a RR SH I'd be taking shares not cash.
