Loyalist Group
By MPL Staff Writer

Beacon Securities analyst Gareth Tingling has initiated coverage on the shares of Loyalist Group Ltd. (TSX/VEN-LOY, $0.58) with a buy recommendation. His 12-month target price is $1.30.

“As an ESL industry consolidator Loyalist Group has more than tripled its share price and its revenue since its reverse take-over in Dec. 2010,” the analyst reports, and adds “With an industry size of $800 million and revenue of $14 million, the company still has plenty of work to do and there is still potential for upside beyond our target price.”

Loyalist's goal is to become a global leader in the ESL market through acquisitions and organic growth. Mr. Tingling believes that the group presents a compelling return based on its cookie-cutter acquisition strategy.
