RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Impressive trading volume Today was a good day to add RE shares to one's position. Nice volume. With a shade under 43 million shares out and just $12.7 million of debt trading at $1.22 RE's market cap is now over $65 million. Based on reported 3200 boe/d production of which 800 boe/d was shut in for break up RE trades at under $21,000 per flowing boe. Add in 90,000 acres of undeveloped inventory and close to 9 mboe reserves RE is very undervalued. Ryan Bushell apeared on BNN Market Call Tonight last evening and said BTE was a top pick based on a narrrowing of heavy oil differentials to WTI. That thought should support a higher trading multiple for RE. They are either going to continue growing or be purchased at some point this year. Bill Bonner of Brickburn Asset Mgmt. will be on BNN Market Call tomorrow. He has gone on record of being a heavy oil fan citing the narowing of differentials and has touted RE, PXL.V as well as TBE. I suspect one of the three will be in his top picks. Stay tuned.
