Yep, there have been a few comments posted from various groups so far on the SLWB page, as well as some responses from Conoco. I have not heard any indication as far as how long it will take SLWB to make their final decision. I do know that they clarified there would be no late comments accepted or extentions of the comments deadline. So hopefully no more delays.

 

I know typically the SLWB has a self-imposed 42 day deadline to make decisions on matters. However this seems to be a bit of an unusual case, as the decision to go forward with T&C's occurred at the 42 day make, and therefore I don't know whether we wait another 42 or not. I suspect not, since surely they realize CPC needs a lot of time and effort to get things logistically in place for drilling this winter, therefore they really don't have time to waste.
