ask donavon some what if's

shawshank some questions-cde has 7yrs of tailings which they has stressed are not encumbered and which it can produce very profitably and a pershing expansion option and settlement option or even buyout option-what options does rpm have-a win will bump price in short term or is it mostly factored in  and then it is forced to dilute to drill and share price will drop and short term investors will sell without quick settlement -so lets say they dilute,  i assume they will drill out lh quickly trying to increase value while waiting for cde to repurchase their ex property but wasn't the value in this company elsewhere or is that a Twainism so it boils down to again their focus is on lh-cde has preciosa project and 40 mill in exploration and corporate move going on- there certainly is no sense of desperation over rochestor on the surface and publicly just the opposite- so back to some more questions  for donavon what was cde lowball offer,,is there any credibilty to trespass claims, can you interupt cde's operation forcing settlement, how many rigs are available for drilling and when and where will you allocate them-
