How long for UMU10 completion?

To test and complete UMU-10 lower zones, Mart has indicated a coiled tubing assembly is needed (recent PR included comment about coiled tubing assembly).  Not sure about  the purpose or the availability of coiled tubing assemblies in Nigeria.  However, I doubt that service jobs with coiled tubing assemblies are quickly scheduled events, especially when every contract or environmental approval seems to take forever and a day (plus copious amounts of palm grease) in Nigeria.
