had this stock a long time

had this stock a long timeive owned a little piece of cabre for a long time.. bought at 15.75 and watched it sink to the lows and now it seems to be moving up a bit, with the price of oil still over 30.00 dollars they gotta be makin a wheel barrow full. Is a takeover good or bad for cabre... thanks for any replies
