I believe he walked away from the Korean deal as he has another ready to go with a privare company. For a company that has continually and consistently under promised and over delivered for the last 3 years at least, it would be very strange for Ray to give such a narrow timeline of 10days to 6 weeks for another JV deal to be signed. Also his reluctance to provide new guidance downward also is a clear indicator of another immenent deal.
