I think something's been up for awhile. About a month ago I emailed the company asking about the lack of insider buying and they told me they were working on a potential deal and their lawyers had advised them not to trade the stock while negotiations were occuring.

 

Then about a week or so ago the huge wall of asks started thinning out, and big bids started appearing just below the ask. The last few days we have seen upside volume. Up 15% today as I write and the market down considerably.

 

Something definitely could be happening...
