Actually, RPL is down much more than it's dividend-paying peers today (numbers as of 4pm): RPL down 2.87%, WCP down 0.28% TBE down 0.90%, LNV down 0.60%. I think RPL will continue to underperform it's peers until management informs investors exactly what it's plans are going forward and investors determine whether such plans are credible.
