  I got my voting proxy today . It is the size of a catalog . Page 26 explains why the Halo board decided to take this route and they have been doing DD for a year . The problem was their hands were tied by First Nations in Manitoba from doing any more work on West Sheridon for years if ever . And HudBay went with Lalor for a new source of ore which sealed the fate of Lost - Chisel - Cold deposit . HudBay can tie it up now for years and do nothing . Get this . It`s better to look for projects in Central- South America  than in a banana republic like Canada . THANK YOU PM Harper  !!  So they have the option to do nothing or go else where . When the smoke clears we should get about 60% to 70% of the number of old shares for new plus warrants . It depends on how many shareholders take a cash pay out . It`s a pretty good deal considering our other choice is nothing . The new deposit is very close , 70K , to a Chilean state owned copper processor and the new executives feel there may be an opportunity to haul highgrade there for processing on a road that serves the site . This is the first time I have felt good about this company in years . I already voted yes .
