it seems some people are starting to notice..can explain volume and price increase over last month..this is writeup from a small cap fund calle Veraz and Webtech is their feature stock, these are their comments:   We’ve added a technology company to the portfolio. Webtech Wireless, a former high flyer, is quietly engineering a turnaround. The recent sale of a division for $20.8M and annualized sales of ~$30M makes the company a strong candidate for a merger/acquisition transaction. The current share price does not adequately reflect the fortress-like balance sheet and improving fundamentals. While resources remain a focus, we won’t hesitate to add companies like Webtech when we find compelling value.
