BMO is trying to and succeeding in keeping the sp below 20.

At this stage of the game investors are now accumulating as we are getting closer to commissioning.  Largo is now coming out of oversold terrritory and the moving averages are moving up.  Accumulators are happy to take shares off of whoever is tired holding or are selling for whatever other reasons.
