The relation of nearby addresses is not "Totally" irrelevant...only "Somewhat" irrelevant. The reason I mention the closeness of offices is to make people realize how closely connected all these people(Calgary based Oil industry people..) are, whether they know each other or not(which is also an irrelvant statement since NKO owning a chunk of TLC is proof of a direct relationship between these folks).
