RE:RE:RE:RE: lost in translation I am a resident of Trinidad Co. 30 mins away from the mine and I can confirm that Robinson and son's trucking is transporting the stocked coal from the mine to the Jansen load out yard in Trinidad. The local word is that the mine has sold all of the stocked piled coal and it is bein shipped out via train from the Jansen load out yard. There has also been about 10 workers that got laid off from the mine in the last several weeks. Also, Tri State West, a mining staffing company from Grand Junction Co. Has got a contract to do a 8-10 week clean up project and are currently looking for experienced miners. It makes me wonder if a sales contract has been signed and it hasn't been made public yet.
