AB_ORT, Last PR indicated that they can measure the purity level after each step of the process and the calcinator is the last step in the process. So, after the new calcinator ---should they have determined without a shadow of a doubt that it will do the job, there should not be any surprise. The question to ask is how do they know that this calcinator is going to do the job? Why did the first one didn't? How have they changed the way they can ascertain this?  In other words, why did the old calc. not work and how do they know the new one will?
