Minco Silver Corporation is a Canada-based silver mining company. The Company is focused on the acquisition and development of silver properties. The Company’s project includes Fuwan Silver Project and Changkeng Gold Project. The Company, through Changfu Minco Co. Ltd., holds Fuwan Silver Project, which has Luoke-Jilinggang Permit on the Fuwan area covering a total area of approximately 21.75 square kilometer (km2) located in Gaoming County, approximately 45 km southwest of Guangzhou Province. For some reason Minco takes time to submit the EIA application. They probably know that they wont get any approval if they dont bring in a chinese partner. No way a smal company from NA would be allowed to operate one of Chinas potential largest silvermines. According to their latest statement they are working to find a partner. I think people will be disappointed about the money Minco gets at a farm-out or a complete sale of the whole project. However; since we´re trading below cash holdings anything is good. I would like to see a deal that involves getting rid of the whole project right now! :)

The lack of information about the EIA application is stunning, thats probably why BMO lowered its targets. Any positive news would make significant impact on the shareprice.
