I think this is due to the higher analyst coverage and more powerful institutional ownership on the FCU side.  When you compare the market caps it's a joke right now.  

If you look at this article it just reinforces the current outlook of AMW being inferior... but I hope they keep pumping FCU and providing me with buying opportunities for amw.
