There are 1.9 million shares outstanding. The volume today is about 190,000. Or about 1%. I doubt whether the share price is indicative of some shareholders knowing or figuring out that the process is over and unsucessful. 

 

For all Novus follies during this process. The share price is still worth over $1.20 even without a takeout.
