Quinto Resources Inc. is a Canada-based gold exploration company. The Company owns a 5% interest in the Monster Lake property in Quebec, Canada, where a bonanza hole grading 237.6 g/t Au over 5.7 meters was drilled, as well several other high-grade gold drill holes. The Monster Lake property consists of approximately 114 mineral claims covering an area of approximately 3,336 hectares. It lies approximately 44 kilometers southwest of the town of Chibougamau in northwestern Quebec. The property is accessible by road and a high-voltage transmission line crosses the area nearby.

3)  Are they going to get sued for not fullfilling the financing agreement ?

 

This is not a valid question as you don't know the agreement: QIT wanted to spend he money for drilling but now they amended the contract with LOT they have an other destination for it maybe ( I don't know)

And even when it is not regular (as far as the bank is involved) to change the contract with LOT there is not un immediate issue of suing QIT. What kind of a question if you really not want to base you ask: What now? What will happening now they changed the agreement  ?

That is called an open question and not an suggestive one!

You have to learn a lot
