2001 Ranting of Jorge establishes his sale @ $3M Jorge made a comment on the internet on Thu Nov 29 02:35:08 PST 2001 while I was directly involved with US Attorney Janet Reno on the world's largest Sulphur Mine, located in Chile, South America since 1999. My Deposition was taken in San Diego, California on June 4, 2001 about this $8 Billion mine. I had read this comment and commence my own investigation into the Chilean Laws about the annual requirements to maintain ownership of newly staked mining claims.
When I wired $10,000.00 to Chile, via Western Union, in September, 2002, I was fully aware that Jorge wanted $3 Million for his and Villar's claim on the 8600 Hector Mina Pascua property.
This statement can be located, via internet, so quer, please do your own homework. This statement is very important because it details to the world on that date that ABX John Lill had VERBALLY AGREED (Fall, 1996) to pay Jorge $3 Million for his rights to the Mina Pascua property. This figure included the $1 Million to Villar.
"....Chilean Mining Code laws, require the physical presence of the party in charge of mining property, to be on top of Mining Registrar and National Service of Geology and Mines requirements for 2 years for an Exploration concession and an extra year under Exploitation concession. Only then and thereafter, annual payment of patents will protect the property forever............
John Lill, Canadian, agreed 1996 with Jorge R. Lopehandia, Canadian, to review the Legality of Jorge Lopehandia and Associates claims. If our claims were correct in Chilean Mining Code, John Lill, Barrick Gold et al, would buy our claims from Jorge Lopehandia at the agreed price of US$3 Million cash...."
Did the $3 Million include the $550,000 paid to Chilean Attorney Alejandro Moreno Prohens who sold thousands of Hectors surrounding the Mina Pascua claims? Yeah.
Jorge dealt with ABX Corporate attorney Patrick Garver during this time (2001-2003). Garver was a Salt Lake City Mormon, who had been hired by Peter Munk in December, 1992, right after Dr. H. Clyde Davis PhD signed a Quit-Claim Deed of title to me on the Golden Age and Golden Eagle Mining Claims (1/100the the size of the Mina Pascua)
It is a fact that Jorge didn't get a copy of the Villar Mina Pascua sale until 2000. So why didn't Villar pursue his $1 Million payment between 1997-2001? The US$25, via March 4, 1997 signed agreement was never paid. iMO Villar was waiting for the correction ($1 Million).
Villar didn't have to the money to pay the 1997 required payment on the 8600 Hectors. Why didn't he seek Jorge to pay for the required funds and/or work on the property (exploratory drilling to prove up values)?
The Mina Pascua claims just got removed from the records of the Chilean Mining Records for failure to pay the annual dues for the 8600 Hectors === quite a bit of money.
I am very glad to work out a peaceful settlement with Brent Johnson on the Mina Pascua Property.....because I sued ABX in 1992 on the ABX Bullfrog Mine and dealt with Patrick Garver and have now connected and exposed deliberate fraud through Mike Fitzgerald's Salt Lake Law Firm, KIRTON & MCCONKIE.
